Yolanda Dockery

Yolanda Dockery is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of IMSolutions, LLC, a Woman-Owned Small Business providing professional services to U.S. Federal Government agencies. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Finance, and organizational strategy, she is known for guiding teams with clarity, collaboration, and a strong commitment to excellence.


Before becoming CEO, Ms. Dockery served as President of IMSolutions in 2025 and previously held the role of Vice President of Human Resources and Finance during two tenures (2006–2021 and 2024–2025). Her dual expertise enabled her to align the company’s workforce and financial operations with strategic objectives, strengthening both internal cohesion and long-term organizational performance.


Ms. Dockery earned her Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Marymount University, an Associate Degree in Accounting from Northern Virginia Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration from Ursuline College. She also holds an IT certification from Marymount University and is a CPA Candidate in the State of Virginia.


In addition to her executive leadership, Ms. Dockery is a published author, releasing The Forge in January 2026, the first book in her three-part series, with The Climb and The Revelation following in the same year. She also serves as Director of Chapter-to-Chapter Relations for the NCMA Tysons Chapter and participates in the Intercessory Prayer Team at New Life Anointed Ministries.


Dedicated to expanding opportunities for others, Ms. Dockery aims to grow IMSolutions by securing larger federal contracts and creating meaningful employment for families. Her career reflects a steadfast commitment to service, empowerment, and collaborative leadership.

Belva Wells

Minority Owner/President

Belva Wells serves as the Minority Owner and President of IMSolutions LLC, carrying forward the legacy and vision of her late husband, company founder and retired U.S. Air Force Colonel Cornell Wells Sr.


Ms. Wells first assumed leadership of IMSolutions in 2011, following Colonel Wells’ passing. Under her stewardship, the company experienced a period of significant growth, enhanced capabilities, and strengthened relationships across the federal contracting community. Her commitment to excellence, integrity, and people‑centered leadership helped position IMSolutions as a trusted partner in delivering high‑quality acquisition support, logistics, program management, and business transformation services.


In 2025, Ms. Wells transitioned into her current role as Minority Owner and President, where she provides strategic vision, governance oversight, and continued executive support to guide the company’s long‑term direction. Although no longer involved in day‑to‑day operations, she remains a central force in upholding the organization’s mission and values.


Ms. Wells is dedicated to ensuring IMSolutions continues to deliver mission‑driven solutions while fostering a culture rooted in service, accountability, and community—principles that reflect both her leadership approach and the enduring foundation upon which the company was built.


Ms. Wells earned a Bachelor of Science in Education with a Paramedical focus from Hampton University, an academic background that informs her commitment to learning, professional development, and people‑first organizational culture.
